Look at this blog – isn’t it neat?
You’d think my life experiences are complete.
Wouldn’t you think I’m the gir, the girl who’s tried everyting?
I’ve tried gadgets and menus aplenty.
I have read and bought goodies galore.
What’s my favourite gin? I’ve got plenty!
But who cares?
No big deal – I want more!
A little poetic licence and a nod to the wonderful songwriters Howard Elliott Ashman and Alan Menken.
I hope you experience Syllable in the City as a treasure trove of delight: good food, great cars, amazing accommodation, and always, gin.
Everything I publish here I have tried or experienced myself, or I believe would be of value to my readers. Sometimes brands send me stuff, sometimes they pay me, sometimes I write from a personal, unsponsored experience. I will always let you know when something was gifted or paid for.
My promise to my readers is to always be authentic and truthful.

PLEASE NOTE: I’m based in Johannesburg and have a predominantely female audience. Please keep this in mind when contacting me to attend events.
