The Love Generation is about spreading the love one box at a time.
A while ago I was contacted and asked whether I’d like to try out this new gift box delivery service. And because I’m always looking for new gift ideas – especially ones that get delivered, I was very keen.
When you buy a gift box from The Love Generation, you’re not only sending a gift to someone special, you’re also helping various NPO’s and charities, since The Love Generation uses their products in these gift boxes.
There’s a box for pretty much every person/occassion, including
Get Well Soon
Home Sweet Home
Out of Africa
The Wedding Box
You Are My Sunshine
Monthly Date Box
Lady In Waiting
I tried out the My Cherrie and it was filled with so many great goodies!
The boxes come in a R550 (some from as little as R350) or a R850 variant – the difference is the amount of goodies in each box. And if you’re not sure which box to send, send a gift voucher.
When you’ve decided on a box, you select whether it should be an alcoholic or non-alcoholic gift, and indicate if there’s a dietary preference. Three to seven days after ordering your box will be delivered to your doorstep.
OK, so what did I get in my box?
A bottle of cherry sours
Two shot glasses
A dark red towel
A pink shower scrunchie thingy (what do you even call those?)
A mini manicure set
An ice tray
Cherry jelly powder
A couple of cherry-flavoured Fizz Pops
A slab of white Lindor
This could be something you can share with your special someone (cocktails, snacks, etc.) or you can thoroughly enjoy this on your own, which obviously works for me.
These boxes are very special to The Love Generation and they encourge reciptients to continue spreading the love one box at a time. Pay it forward by filling your empty box with some goodies and giving it to someone less fortunate than yourself.
In case you’re not sure which box your person would prefer, this voucher allows them to choose for themselves! We have different price ranges so you can still stick to your budget while spoiling someone special.
