Hendrick’s Gin – my favourite gin – in the last year launched two variants – Midsummer Solstice and Orbium. While I haven’t had the good fortune to try these, they sent me this eery cocktail recipe and I happily share it so you can have an unusual Halloween celebration.

Hendrick’s Orbium and soda

50 ml Hendrick’s Gin Orbium
Soda water
3 cucumber slices

• Combine all ingredients in a highball glass filled with cubed ice.
• Lightly stir and serve.
• Garnish with 3 rounds of skull carved cucumber slices
