Cadbury’s generosity has taken root

In May 2019 Cadbury Dairy Milk launched The Little Generosity Shop to appeal to south Africans to make a difference in the lives of some of the millions of orphaned and vulnerable children in the country.

More than 90 000 donations from this initiative were handed over to various beneficiaries that care for these indigent youngsters.

Introducing GenerosiTrees

On the heels of this success, Cadbury Dairy Milk is introducing GenerosiTrees – a travelling activation that will tour the country and reward people with a glass-and-a-half of generosity for every toy, book or board game given to the cause.

Starting on 12 November 2019 at Gateway Theatre of Shopping in Durban, moving on to Tyger Valley Shopping Centre in Cape Town on 26 November and ending at the Mall of Africa in Johannesburg between 10 and 16 December, you can exchange a toy for a slab of Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate.

Collaboration with Toys R Us

You can still give – and receive – even if you’re unable to visit a GenerosiTree. Make a donation or purchase a gift in-store or online at selected Toys R Us stores from 19 November and claim your choccie.

Giving is on everyone’s minds during the festive season and we want to remind people that Generosity is driven by selflessly wanting to make an impact on someone else’s day, rather than simply giving or giving’s sake.
