If you know me at all, you will know that my favourite snack is Granny Smith apples with crunchy peanut butter. I tell myself it’s healthy, but honestly, the amount of peanut butter I slather on is just shy of sinful.

So for months I’ve drooled over the Gourmet Fruit Bouquets site, and on Friday they actually delivered one of their (in)famous Oreo Apples. It looks pretty impressive, and tastes even better. The only way this fruity wonder could be improved is by having a crunchy peanut butter core.

This absolutely perfect apple is covered in chewy caramel and then smothered in chocolate, before dipping it in Oreo crumbs. The juicy tang of the apple cuts through the sweetness for a taste explosion in your mouth.

Make sure you share the love with someone amazing. Yes, I speak from experience; I ate the entire apple, on my own, in a single sitting. Needless to say I didn’t eat much else for a very long time, and I enjoyed every bite, so judge me if you want; I still win.
