I recently got the opportunity to review the latest NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto system, the Mini Me, and as I’ve recently cut back drastically on my coffee consumption, I tried the tea latte and chococino pods. Okay, I tried the chococino pods, since I’m not a fan of black tea (preferring Rooibos and other herbal variants). Once I finished my chococino pods I became inventive: dissolving a Milo in a bit of hot milk, then using the milk pods from the tea latte to a create lovely frothy bedtime drink 🙂

This little firecracker delivers maximum coffee enjoyment with minimal fuss and takes up even less space. It might be small in stature, but its brews are full-bodied and bursting with flavour, thanks to the professional standard 15-bar pressure. And as a result of the state-of-the-art thermo block technology, the machine is ready for action in 30 seconds.

It has an 800 ml water capacity, and will switch itself off after five minutes of inactivity, making it energy-efficient – if you needed another excuse to get one!
