I have a new favourite tipple, and it’s just in time for the warmer weather!

Rekorderlig was first created in 1999 with the purest spring water from Vimmerby, Sweden, and is still brewed there today. This semi-sweet, totally refreshing cider is made from 100% European fruit crushed at their freshest to retain their best possible flavour.

Rekorderlig is available in three flavours: Strawberry Lime – best served over ice with mint leaves or strawberries and a wedge of lime for a fresh, zesty experience; Wild Berries – bursting with the freshest fruit flavours and best served over ice for a juicy experience; and Pear – best served over ice with a wedge of zesty lemon or lime for a distinctively crisp experience.

The 500 ml bottles are absolutely beautiful, and a tradition that came about due to the Swedish recycling restrictions – all cider was served in 500 ml bottles to aid in the government’s commitment to create a green Sweden. It has become a trademark, and ekorderlig consumers expect to get their ciders in a 500 ml serving, and the company remains true to that.
