Everyone probably baked at least one thing during the lockdown. If you had flour and eggs you baked. Or you added them to your list for your next essential grocery outing.

I’d made sure to get the ingredients for these blueberry muffins. Grant loves blueberry muffins, and the inclusion of chocolate (yes, I know the white stuff doesn’t technically qualify as chocolate, don’t @ me) made it seem decadent.

And it was! Even I enjoyed them – I’m not a fan of blueberry anything.
