For the next two weeks I’ll be participating in the Zespri kiwifruit challenge, finding interesting ways of incorporating this super vitamin C fruit to my days. I’ll be sharing tips, facts, recipes, and pictures on my blog, Facebook and Google+ pages, and Twitter, so make sure you follow all these channels to see what I discover.

You can also win – not only will I be giving away a Zespri kiwifruit hamper at the end of the two weeks, you can stand a chance of winning one of four R1 000 Yuppiechef vouchers in the Cut, Scoop, and Enjoy competition.

Simply submit a photo of yourself, friends or family enjoying a delicious kiwifruit using the Cut, Scoop and Enjoy method by the end of October 2013. Submissions must be sent to zespri@storybookcommunications.co.za*. Throughout the duration of the competition, the pictures will be uploaded to the Zespri kiwifruit website.

To be eligible for the hamper draw, you simply need to comment or like the Zespri posts on the SITC channels (and reside in South Africa). The person who interacts the most will receive the prize, and if there’s more than one candidate, a random draw will determine the winner.

The hamper consists of:

• A small green kiwi lunchbox and spife
• A big yellow lunchbox and spife
• Lip balm
• Hand and nail cream
• Lunch bag
• R150 Fruit & Veg voucher
