My big green drink with NutriBullet

NutriBullet sent me a 600 series MagicBullet a few months ago. I am loving it, and expect it will get a lot more use once the weather warms up again

Does size matter?

Yes. Well, when you are making a smoothie for one, then yes, definitely. I didn’t know what to expect when I whipped up my first smoothie – except that Grant probably won’t share it with me.

I layered my ingredients in the larger of the two flasks: baby spinach, bananas, seeds, honey, coconut milk.

The big green

It’s so easy to get it all mixed and blended – and so quick!

As expected it went very green. It tasted amazing though! Not bitter, not too sweet. Very filling though. I probably shouldn’t have made this before starting dinner, but I’d been ill for a week and hadn’t been eating well for a few days, so I thought it’d be a good way to get some nutrients down the hatch.

What’s next?

I can’t wait to try a ginny summer slushy. I’m sure we’ve got a few cold snaps still in store, but as soon as both the weather and I are at our best I’m going to put the ice-crunching capabilities of the NutriBullet to the test.
Do you have any suggestions for what I should try for my first blitzed cocktail?
